Get bags, or book an assessment.
Households: tell us your suburb or estate and we will send bags or say honestly which option fits. Businesses: Rendani walks your premises and tells you whether we can improve on your present arrangement. Both cost nothing.
The fastest route is the phone. It is answered by someone who can move a truck.
Get free recycling bags
One bag, mixed is fine. No deposit and no monthly charge. Tell us your suburb or complex and we will say what is running there, honestly, even when the answer is drop-off for now.
- Bags supplied free, as many as you fill
- Estates and complexes: a cage at the refuse area
- Suburbs: a fixed collection day as rounds open
- Mamelodi buy-back centres pay by mass
Book a site assessment
Rendani walks the site, looks at where a cage can stand and what you are actually throwing away, and tells you on the spot whether we can improve on your present arrangement. If we cannot, he will say so.
- A straight answer at the walk-through, not a proposal later
- Which of the six services you actually need, often fewer
- Cage positions checked against truck access
- Certificates and destruction handling set out in writing
What to tell us
Six things, and we can answer properly first time.
Phone or email, either is fine. The two email buttons above already put these prompts into the message for you, so you only have to fill in the blanks.
- Your name, and a number to call you back on
- The suburb, complex or company name
- The street address, or just the suburb at this stage
- What kind of site it is: a home, an estate, retail, a warehouse, a distribution centre, offices or a farm
- What you are after: bags, cages and collection, on-site sorting, general waste, or data destruction
- Anything that matters: your current arrangement, roughly how much material, access restrictions, or a deadline

A call, then a time
Rendani comes back to you himself, usually within one working day.
- A call to agree a time that suits you
- Households: bags dropped at your gate
- Business: a walk around the site, and an answer on the spot
- If we are not the right fit, we will say so
No cost either way. The walk-through is not a sales visit with a proposal attached.
Phone, do not email
The phone gets answered by someone who can move a truck. Email waits, and a cage that is not swapped on time is the one thing that sends a site back to general waste.
- A collection that has been missed
- An extra cage, or one moved to a better position
- A volume spike coming, so we can get ahead of it
- A certificate or a recovery report you need
